CHRIS' COOKIES

The story of JB Yummy starts with this very cookie. Amidst the initial months of the pandemic, my brave friend, Chris, embarked on a diet that would crush most of us mere mortals.  His determination and incredible will power inspired this adaptation of his favorite oatmeal cookie. Like Chris, the cookie is crisp around the edges, soft in the center and contains just the right amount of sweetness. It can be enjoyed immediately or, as Chris prefers, reheated when life’s path needs a little extra sweetness along the way.
